Positive: Absolutely everything! The apartment was incredibly clean and stocked with everything you need. The kitchen had all necessities and more - coffee pods and machine for coffee lovers, dishwasher and huge fridge/freezer which was perfect for us as we were cooking our own meals. Salva had stocked the fridge with large and small bottles of water, some milk and had also put together a little welcome setup for us on the table (snacks and sparkling wine)! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, also included lots of cupboard space and drawers for clothes. So nice to unpack our suitcases and use proper storage! Washing machine and dryer was an incredible inclusion (also stocked with all necessary liquids/soaps you need) The apartment is located in the best part of town. The main plaza is a 1 minute walk away and any other facilities, such as grocery stores, you may need are located close by. Also enjoy Aperitivo on the huge terrace upstairs and watch the sunset. Lastly, Salva was the loveliest host we have ever had! He met us upon arrival, helped carry our (huge and heavy) suitcases, and walked us through everything in the apartment to get us comfortable. He was accomodating and quick to respond if we needed a hand. Salva also gave some reccos for the area and beyond. We would come back to Palafrugell again and stay here without a doubt!
Negative: Slight issue with the hot water system throughout the stay. Salva had to come with a plumber one afternoon to try and solve the issue, however it didn’t seem to work even after that. It was such a minor problem as everything else in our 6 day stay was spot on!!
Summary: The only place you need to stay when visiting Palafrugell!!
